We have engaged Yiyao from Mr Renovator to do up our first home, the project was completed earlier than the expected timeline and well within our budget. We are impressed with the end result which is exactly what we had wanted. We have no doubts on recommending Mr Renovator to any of our friends and family. When Senior Renovator, Yiyao, contacted us during our initial phase, we were impressed with his practical and technical knowledge from his many years of experience in this industry. When there were things which we didn’t know or understand, he will show us photos of his past projects, not just completed homes, but even the raw renovation process of the homes that he did, and explained to us the details which most IDs would miss out. It was an easy decision for us to engage Yiyao as our ID because on top of his knowledge and experience, he IS a friendly and easy going person to deal with. Yiyao had been keeping us updated with every step of our renovation journey since day one. We would always get updates and receive photos of works being done and completed throughout our renovation process. This gave us a peace of mind because of his very responsible and contactable positive attitude. Having engaged Yiyao also saved us money and time in terms of buying very affordable and modern lightings, fittings and accessories! We capitalized on his many shops and suppliers contacts, gained over the years, to buy our home lightings, curtains, bathroom/kitchen accessories etc. He will even help us coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and installation! That means I didn’t need to take off or leave from work to attend to such things! It took a short while for our renovation to kickstart again due to manpower shortage early this year, but eventually everything was handled well and ended with very little touch up works. Overall, Yiyao has been very contactable, even late at night, very responsible and also a very friendly person to deal with! His experience and knowledge in this industry is very assuring for us as homeowners doing our first renovation. It’s been a difficult 2020/21 due to Covid-19 for most of us, but at least we got 1 thing right this year, which was to engage Yiyao as our ID! Thanks bro for your great effort and responsibility! We got to know Andy and Yiyao of Mr Renovator from our business partner. Our discussion took off so well that we cancel on other shortlisted ID firms. Our renovation timeline was so well managed that we didn't have to chase for any updates, we were constantly receiving updates on the progress. Despite being a private condominium with restricted working hours, Mr Renovator had manage the project professionally and to the condo management requirements. No complain at all and we didn't have to worry any bit.
